Work and Business
Stewart E. Barlow is currently serving the Northern Utah, Southern Idaho and Western Wyoming area as a board certified Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon. He is also involved in multiple family businesses including Vice – President Service Mortgage Corporation ( Davis Co. Cattle Company ~160 head of Cattle), Vice-President Barlow Corporation (Davis Co. Investment, real estate, and development Company), Director, Dale Corporation (low income housing, Park Village Manufactured Home Park, Layton), Co-Manager, Skyline Apartments, low income apartments. Director, Service Credit Corporation.

Family Life
Stewart and his wife Marie have lived in Fruit Heights for 7 years and are life long Davis County residents. They have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of 6 children. He graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Psychology and from Georgetown University with a Doctorate of Medicine. He also completed a General Surgery Internship at the Washington Medical Center and Residency in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, Throat), Head and Neck Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He also has worked an internship on the U. S. Senate Health Committee, Labor and Human Resources and two internships with the Utah State Senate. Marie worked under the Reagan Administration in Intergovernmental Affairs.

Community Service
Stewart is very active in our state and community. He presently serves on the National Advisory Council Weber State University, McKay-Dee Hospital Foundation, Utah Medical Association Foundation, Board member and Co-founder,Davis Volunteer Free Clinic Board, Trustee, Weber Medical Society Foundation, Weber Medical and Surgical Society, President, Utah Otolaryngology Society. He has served in multiple past positions including elected President Utah Medical Association, President Weber County Medical Society, Board member, Utah Hospital Association, Staff President, McKay-Dee Hospital. Utah’s Vision 2010 Project, Co-Chairman with Insurance Commissioner, Kent Mitchie: Committee for affordable medical care for the uninsured and underinsured. Chair, UMA Healthcare access for the uninsured. UMA Statewide Healthcare Task Force and Health Access Team (Weber County).

Stewart is proud of his efforts to help those less fortunate. He helped create the only Free Medical Clinic in Davis County. The clinic recently moved from Farmington into a State-of-the-art building in Clearfield sharing a building with Midtown Clinic. The Clinic has been servicing Davis County for 9 years and is run by volunteer Doctors, Nurses and staff. He along with his family are very proud to provide low cost housing though Skyline Apartments and Park Village in Layton. He also helped create and form The Weber Country Medical Foundation which provides seed monies to help start up medical and community projects in Northern Utah.
